Jamaica's Shirley Willis in Coma: - (26th June 2008)

	Jamaican's received the devastating news on Wednesday that Shirley Willis, the former lead singer for Grace Thrillers was in a coma, after colliding with a bus. She is currently receiving treatment at Kingston Public Hospital, Jamaica. News has been issued that she is in critical condition but showing signs of improvement.
	Born in the 1950's, one of three siblings and mother of three, Shirley was married to the founder of Grace Thrillers - Noel Willis until 2004. Before embarking on a solo career her lead vocals were mostly remembered on hit tracks such as "Can't Even Walk", "Oh What A Sunrise" and "Not My Will". One of the highlights of her solo career so far was the receipt of a personal invitation to sing at the former Prime Minister's (Portia Simpson's) Inauguration in 2006.
